THE sister of a suspected British jihadi who skipped bail to join ISIS in Syria and was named online as the executioner in the terror group's latest propaganda film has vowed to 'kill him myself' if it's confirmed to be her brother.

Londoner Siddartha Dhar fled with his wife and young child on a coach after police missed a chance to confiscate his passport when he was arrested. Twitter users say the mouthy extremist  who gave a string of TV interviews before his arrest - sounds similar to the masked fanatic waving a gun in the vile IS murder video.

His sister, Konika Dha, confirmed the voice sounded “a bit like” her brother, but did not believe it was him.
Ms Dhar, of North London, said: “If it is him, bloody hell am I shocked? I am going to kill him myself.
“He is going to come back and I am going to kill him if he has done this. I can't believe it.

“This is just so shocking for me. I don't know what the authorities are doing to confirm the identity, but I need to know if it is.” The pistol-waving new Jihadi John taunts David Cameron as a "slave of the White House" and threatens to invade the UK before shooting one of five shackled hostages in the back of the head.

Dhar, who is aged around 32 and goes by the name Abu Rumaysah, comes from Walthamstow in East London and used to run a bouncy castle business. The member of banned group al-Muhajiroun was given a platform to spread his extremist views on TV by broadcasters including the BBC, Channel 4 and al-Jazeera.

He was also interviewed by CBS News's 60 Minutes programme about radicalisation in the UK, in which he said he was unable to love his mother because she was not a Muslim.
Dhar was one of six arrested alongside Choudary by counter-terror cops probing the cleric’s network in September 2014. fter skipping bail he boasted he was able to "breeze through Europe" thanks to Britain's "shoddy security".
The thug later tweeted a snap of himself holding his baby in one hand and a Kalashnikov rifle in the other.
Last year he was mocked after publishing a Lonely Planet-style brochure painting the "Costa Caliphate" in Syria as an ideal travel destination.

Dhar gushed about the “breathtaking scenery” and “exquisite Mediterranean climate that has all the makings of a plush holiday resort.” He added: “Snickers, Kit Kat, Twix, Kinder Surprise, Cadburys - yes, yes we have it all.

“If you were worried about leaving behind your local Costa coffee then you will be happy to know that the Caliphate serves some of the best lattes and cappuccinos around. The milk is delightful - creamy and fresh.”
Voice analysts said the masked killer in the new video appeared to be modelling himself on Jihadi John, Kuwaiti-born Londoner Mohammed Emwazi, who fronted a string of beheading videos.

Emwazi was killed in a drone strike as he got into a car in Raqqa in November. Terror expert Raffaello Pantucci, director of international security studies at Royal United Services, said of the new executioner: "He sounds a bit like Abu Rumaysah from Al-Muhajiroun videos.

"From watching him in Al-Muhajiroun videos and this new video he sounds very similar. He said MI5 will be analysing the sound and images to try to discover his identity, adding: "The intelligence services will be trying to figure it out, "They will have a vague idea of who he could be, he is probably on some sort of watch list, given that he is well-spoken.

"I would be surprised if they didn't know very soon." Mr Pantucci added: "The masked man sounds like he is from London. ISIS is full of people who are from all over the place, but he seems educated, given he uses the word 'imbecile' a number of times.

"Jihadi John was a bit of a rudeboy from a West London crew and was a bit laddish, but this guy doesn't sound as 'street' as Jihadi John." Today the PM blasted the "barbarity" of ISIS, also known as Daesh, after the video was posted online yesterday.

A No 10 spokeswoman said: “It serves as a reminder of the barbarity of Daesh and what the world faces with these terrorists. “It's also clearly a propaganda tool and should be treated as such.”
