Tottenham Hotspur are interested in signing Everton's Ross Barkley

With being in the last 12-months of his contract, Everton midfielder Ross Barkley is being linked with a move to Tottenham Hotspur.

Barkley struggled for playing time during the second-half of the season and a move away from the Toffees seems likely to happen.

According to the Daily Mirror, Everton’s asking price is around £25m for the 23-year-old. Meanwhile, the Toffees have already acquired the services of Davy Klaassen, who plays in the same position as Barkley.

Klaaseen was brought in by fellow Dutchman Ronald Koeman for £26m from Ajax Amsterdam.
If the deal does happen, Koeman also has his eyes on luring Swansea City star Gylfi Sigurdsson to Goodison Park.
