EXCLUSIVE: Images show Grace Dare before her conversion from church girl to AK-47 firing fanatic.

THESE first pictures of Grace Dare — the mother of the British boy in the IS video — show an innocent ten-year-old Catholic schoolgirl who was devoted to praying to God.

They are a far cry from the jihadi bride now called Khadijah who took son Isa Dare, four, to Syria in 2012 and is now only pictured in full burka, firing AK-47 rifles.

The pictures, which also include the last taken of Isa before he was taken to join ISIS, portray a happy Christian family life.

In one, Grace, now 25, can be seen attending holy communion in a church in South London in 2001.

Family holidays ... with Dad Sunday at airport aged 12 in 2003

Another shows Grace aged 12 adoringly hugging dad Sunday as they excitedly wait for a flight to Nigeria for a family holiday. Sunday, 59, last night told The Sun: “She was religious. She would read her Bible and pray all the time.


“She went to church every week without fail, often three times. She was always smiling and singing at church, sat in the pews with all the grown-ups. “She would go with me, mum Victoria and brother Nathaniel as a family. We would dress up in our Sunday best.

“If she read her Bible she would ask me about the stories. She wouldn’t really read anything else. “I thought it was unusual she wouldn’t read anything else. “After me she was the most religious in the family. “The pictures of her as a child are hard for me to look at because of what she has become.

“I hope there is a way back for her to become like that young girl again. She was always laughing and smiling.” Grace converted to Islam in 2010 and changed dramatically. Her mum Victoria, 59, said: “She was born here and she grew up here until everything fell apart.”
